With 25 hectares under vine, Woodlands is a relatively small player in Margaret River, but big enough that they can produce some very serious wines.  Woodlands is primarily a red house, producing a stylistic take of Cabernet Sauvignon and related blends.  These are mostly assertive wines of distinct character.  This style is not necessarily for seekers of very light wines, but for whom this style is, Woodlands is near as good as it gets.
