Howard Anderson’s pedigree in wine is outstanding (senior winemaker at Seppelt’s in the era when Seppelt’s was the mighty Seppelt’s) and Christobelle’s education and experience in wine are A+. She is a veritable fount of knowledge. For starts, we recommend the sparkling Shirazes (quite serious and utterly enjoyable wines) and the 2015 Tempranillo (a beautiful Temp, ample acidity carries a yummy grape bubble gum flavour; not overly complex, and that’s a good thing for this bullet wine).
