Ocean Eight is a sort of Mornington icon and well worth a visit.  The wines are always good (and priced accordingly), and in the right vintage, they reach spectacular status.  The cellar door and its surrounding views are stunning. The staff is usually colourful, friendly, and engaging so the tasting experience is great.  Open hours are erratic so be sure to check their website or better yet, book ahead.
