Just outside Daylesford, Sailors Falls is a cute little winery that is well worth a look.  In many ways, considering how low, cold, and wet the vineyard is, it is a feat unto itself the place can make such tasty wines.  But the real treasure of Sailors Falls is the long chat you can have with longtime owner, Robert, as you are doing a tasting.  So much history.  And amazing what years of grit and determination can produce! 

Wines include Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Noir.
