Silver Spoon is a sleek and modern winery, cellar door and restaurant (perhaps the only regular winery lunch in Heathcote).  The vineyard is dry-grown, and the estate operates off solar power only. Silver Spoon boasts a great range of wines, including incredible Viognier and four delicious Shirazes.  They pretty much nail what Heathcote is all about.  Owner Peter Young is a great guy and makes for an engaging wine chat.  All in, a stop not to be missed!
