Ellis Wines holds a special place in our hearts.  The wines here are always good, and occasionally sublime.  Notably, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2015 Merlot, the 2016 Premium Shiraz, and the 2018 Viognier were some of the best wines of those varieties that we have ever found in Australia.  In fact, their 2012 Cab Sav was the best AUS Cab Sav we’ve ever had, full stop.  We eagerly await the opening of their cellar door in late 2020.
