Above all else, Sinapius crafts interesting, extremely expressive wines.  They will not be for everyone, but for whom they are, they are unbeatable.  People talk a lot about “terroir” and “minimal intervention” etc, but if you want to truly taste wines that express their exact patch, Sinapius delivers the goods, both red and white. 

The cellar door is basic, but it is often staffed by co-owner/winemaker Linda herself, and that always makes for a great tasting.  If you find yourself in the Tamar/Piper region, do not miss this stop.
