Summary:

Bleasdale was the first winery established in Langhorne Creek way back in 1850, Five generations later, the place has carried that history forward in a most glorious manner. A look down Bleasdale’s wine list is a dizzying cacophony of gold medals, trophies, and wines awarded 95 points or more by Australia’s most important wine critics. It is truly impressive. There are none more prestigious than Bleasdale’s two most recent awards: James Halliday’s winemaker of the year and the Max Schubert award for the most outstanding red wine in the 2018 Adelaide wine show – that is truly the best of the best; no mean feat! Incredibly, despite all of this, most wines here run between $20 and $35. It’s a wine lover’s dream staffed by kind and attentive people, so you’ll never want to leave. if you are picking and choosing from the lengthy tasting list, do NOT miss the Malbecs, the Cab Savs, and the Shirazes.
