Due to having one of the few (and best) lunch offerings in Coonawarra, Hollick’s small cellar door is often bustling.  But its worth your while to venture through the crowds.  In addition to outstanding staffing and service, Hollick turns up the occasional stunner with its wine.  Such is the case with its A++ 2019 Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon – everything you want in a CS – structure, engaging complexity and raw power – yum!
