Spinifex regularly produces some of the most interesting and notable red wines in the Barossa (that’s a fairly huge statement to make, especially for such a small winery).  Take, for example, their 2014 Espirit Grenache Mataro Cinsault: a more savoury, very gamy, royal purple brother of their popular Papillon Grenache. Simply outstanding. A serious, satisfying, beautiful, beautiful wine, and all that for only $35!
