Their 2015 méthode traditionnelle cuvee, for one example, is absolutely stunning – some of the best bubbles you’ll find in Australia. The Lane sources all of their fruit from their own vineyards, so a visit here is a true time-stamped reflection of wine place and time.

The cellar door is not huge and the staff can get harried at peak hours.
