Nepenthe has gone through a few transitions over the past couple decades, but we believe it is squarely on the right track now.  While it is true that you can find some of Nepenthe’s products in wine giant, Dan Murphy’s, its cellar door could not be a more personal affair. And the wines on tasting (including many cellar door exclusives) stand up with the best, at more than reasonable prices. Shiraz, Tempranillo, Cab Sav and Viognier were the ones we loved here, all poured by the hands of friendly and informative tasting hosts. We easily recommend this stop over some of its haughtier nearby neighbours 😉  Pop in and see for yourself.
