Hailing from the Hunter Valley’s well famous Tulloch Family, Keith Tulloch offers a more intimate affair.  Yes Mr Tulloch has served time making wine at Rothbury Estate and Lindemans, but his Keith Tulloch shingle is a more personal offering, with less than ten (carbon neutral!) hectares under vine and an attention to detail that shines in every aspect of these wines.  Keith Tulloch is definitely a Shiraz specialist, with at least three different Shirazes we give top marks (and quite a contrast of styles in at least two instances, which is a remarkable feat).  Keith Tulloch also produces a superb Semillon and some good Chardonnay to boot.  When you visit the Hunter Valley, put this on your list of places to be sure not to miss.  Just be aware that there is a price to pay for quality here – the tags for the good stuff aren’t for the faint of heart!
