Summary:

Such a quaint, heart-warming and delicious stop! If a chat with Emma, one of the proprietors, in the perfectly appointed little cellar door doesn’t imbue you with a passion for wine and wine-making, nothing in this world will. Raidis is a relatively small family affair, the kind of place where the lawn mowers are goats and the pruning of the vines is done by old fashion manual labour. And it all shines through in the wines. Loved, the Cab Sav, really loved the Merlot, and rate the Shiraz as special; the most distinct we tasted in the region for sure. We hear they also cook up a mean Pinot Gris. We aim to find out for ourselves on our next return!

The range of wines on offer on a given day may be small, but the experience is magical.
